455 toro ...deck raising

This happened late last fall and now were working on it. The left wing deck will not go all the way down. IF you stand on it, itll go down but slowly works itself up. And if the deck is all the way down or partially down, when we pull the lever it will not bring deck up unless we give it a little helping hand and then it will go.

I am not a a hydro guy or cylinder guru but can it be pressure? Float control within the main 3 levers, bent cylinder? I'm just not sure. Yes hydro oil is...
