So I had another post about this same engine (link below). It has a no start issue as well. It will run on starting fluid but not without. I pulled the carb and it was bone dry. I gave it a good cleaning, but it doesn't look like this is the issue. Fuel tank has fuel and has fuel at the fuel pump inlet. However, when turning it over I get no fuel out of the fuel line coming from the fuel pump outlet that would be going to the carb. It looks like the vac pulse line is at least clear, not sure...
