I have a older JD walk behind that has the FB460V motor that has some issues I am hoping other owners can help me resolve. The thing is idling way high and out of control. I don't think it's the governor since we can play with the linkage and if we hold it in position it will idle down. Can someone with a 460 take some photos of their linkage and post them? I am suspecting a faulty or missing spring or that sort of thing.
