Need help where to find an engine

Okay I am looking for replacement engines for my Perma green Mag's. They came with a 5 hp Honda with reducer with a wet clutch system. They are not cheap.

So...where is the best place if I am looking for the Honda.

But...does anyone know where I can get a knock off Honda with a wet clutch ???
