hi, ok bought it from home owner not running, took home went to start could tell no spark, pulled plug all wet. cleaned tried again same thing. next checked for spark holding plug tip to top of head while pull starting and you dont see any spark. i tried 4 different spark plugs to see spark no luck. now here is the thing, when i pull start it and hold plug in hand i get a small shock as if it has spark but out of 4 different types grounding it out i cannot get a spark at tip of plug.
