Exmark metro 36" crank pulley removal

Hey guys,

I've got a 2002 exmark metro 36" with a 15hp kaw. Im trying to remove the old engine to rebuild it but I can NOT get the crank (engine) pulley off, ive got the bolt out but obviously it wont budge. It doesn't really look like I can get a pulley puller on there either, anyone run into this before?
