Cub Cadet 760 ES VERY STIFF Front Wheels

I just got a brand new CC 760 ES for free. Long Story but anyhow I replaced my JD GS30 because it was really way too much machine for my yard.

so far the cc760es is a nice product for me and delivers a nice cut - I cut the grass about 2 to 3 times a week just because I like to. It is a half acre lawn and it's beautiful so I like to keep it nice.

Now on to my question - I've used this mower twice now and noticed that the front swivel wheels were not pivoting - all other front pivot...
