Question about Echo SRM-230

I recently picked up a used SRM-230 off a guy for dirt cheap. He said he bought it some time in 2006-2008. I thought it was going to be an easy fix, but it turns out everything i've tried has failed. I've changed the fuel lines, fuel filter, and the tank grommet that the fuel lines go through, but I had to change those anyways because the grommet was leaking gas.
