How to Wire a Mower Igniter ? aftermarket kawasaki tractor small engine 21119-2161 universal

I have a 4 page thread of a 15HP mower that won't start that leads me to the igniter most likely being the problem. Decided to make a separate thread in case the title helps others with the same problem and to isolate my question.

I need to know how to wire the aftermarket igniter. This 21119-2161 universal one for ~$12 instead of the ~$60 oem one.
