So I was doing some carb adjusting on my proline. It's has an aftermarket briggs 400 electric start. Mower was a pull start originally. Well along with help from ericg, I replaced the stator, and regulator. At idle the output from regulator is around 12.6 and 13.1, at WOT it is putting out 14.5 to 15.1. With regulator hooked to battery it charges, but once I engage the blades the battery steadily drops. So far it has never dropped low enough to disengage the clutch. I just do not understand...
