Help with 2005 Exmark Lazer Z Crankshaft oil seal

Gentlemen please help I purchased Exmark Lazer Z with 1026 hours for $1500.00 from a local church. The mower runs great it has the 23HP Kohler. They told me it leaked oil from the crankshaft seal and even give me the seal to go with it. I am pretty mechanically inclined and would like to do this repair myself. My question is can someone walK me through the process and do I need any specialty tools to do the job.
